CONDITIONS

In response to the Convention of Biological Diversity (Rio de Janeiro 1992), the seeds are offered for a use in the fields of research, education and development of public botanical gardens. The commercialisation of the seeds, of the resulting plants or of their genetic material is strictly forbidden. Any scientific publication resulting of the use of this material must mention in the acknowledgements the Botanical Garden of Faculty of Science, Masaryk University in Brno.

Due to custom rules of European Union with much more byrocracy and not friendly charge system we are forced to limit the seeds sending only to European Union´s gardens. We apologize to all non-EU gardens. We still want to be in touch with non-EU gardens, so, please, accept this Index Seminum like greeting from Botanical Garden of Faculty of Science, Brno, Czech Republic. We still invite your indexes, for overwiew.

We are registered on CZ 003 Register of scientific institutions entitled to the exemption provided by Article VII, paragraph 6, of the Convention www.cites.org/common/reg/si/si-CZ.pdf.

We are an IPEN Member, code BRNU.  Order seeds, you agree to comply with the above conditions. 

All seeds are collected in the Botanical Garden, the seeds are the result of open pollination and we cannot quarantee purity.
