Saxifrago paniculatae-Agrostietum alpinae

This alpine grassland dominated by Agrostis alpina contains several basiphilous species of the alpine belt and thermophilous species typical of lower altitudes. It is endemic to the steep slopes of the Velká kotlina cirque in the Hrubý Jeseník Mountains, where it occurs on base-rich rock oucrops.

Diagnostic species: Agrostis alpina, Allium schoenoprasum, Cystopteris fragilis, Galium boreale subsp. boreale, Hedysarum hedysaroides, Hieracium villosum, Leontodon hispidus, Molinia caerulea s. lat. (M. caerulea s. str.), Phyteuma orbiculare, Rosa pendulina, Scabiosa lucida, Sedum alpestre, Thymus pulcherrimus subsp. sudeticus; Lejeunea cavifolia

Constant species: Agrostis alpina, Allium schoenoprasum, Avenella flexuosa, Calamagrostis villosa, Calluna vulgaris, Campanula rotundifolia agg. (Campanula rotundifolia subsp. sudetica), Cystopteris fragilis, Galium boreale subsp. boreale, Hieracium villosum, Leontodon hispidus, Molinia caerulea s. l. (M. caerulea s. str.), Phyteuma orbiculare, Pimpinella saxifraga, Potentilla erecta, Rosa pendulina, Scabiosa lucida, Sedum alpestre
