Crypsietum aculeatae

This association typifies low-growing annual grasslands dominated by Crypsis aculeata, which develop on wet saline soils. It was documented from three sites in southern Moravia in the 1960s, but there are no newer records of well developed stands, although small remnant populations of Crypsis aculeata still persist.
