Festucion vaginatae de Soó 1929

The alliance Festucion vaginatae comprises vegetation of the Pannonian sand steppe, usually dominated by the tussock-forming, narrow-leaved grass Festuca vaginata. It is most common in the Great Hungarian Plain and adjacent lowlands.
