I. Yeast extract 0.5 g Trypticase (BBL) 0.5 g Glucose 5 g NaCl 50 g MgSO4.7H2O 49 g Agar 20 g Distilled water 800 ml pH 7.2 Sterilize at 115°C for 15 min. II. CaCl2.2H2O 6 g Distilled water 200 ml Sterilize through Seitz filter. Mix together I. and II. and distribute the medium into sterile tubes or Petri dishes.
