Název práce: Preparation of fibrous polymer nanocomposites using plasma technologies

The thesis is devoted to the preparation of polymer nanocomposites based on electrospun polymer nanofibers plasma-coated with thin organosiloxane (SiOCH) films. The films will prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposited (PECVD) in low pressure RF discharges or RF plasma jet. Microstructure of prepared materials will be characterized by means of electron and scaning probe microscopies. Deposited films will be analyzed concerning their chemical structure and the mechanical properties of composites will be tested. The variations of film properties caused by changes of plasma conditions will be correlated to the functional properties of composites. The uniformity of the plasma treatment will be investigated and optimized. Intentional depth-profile of the film deposited onto polymer nanofiber textile will be used for the preparation of smart composites exhibiting different properties if mechanically stressed.
