Form of studyfull-time, combinedCharacteristicsThe goal of the study field is to give fix theoretical and experimental knowledges in classic and modern problems of condenz substances and prepare for profesion of physics in this area. Graduate gets general education in experimental and theoretical physics of condenz substances. He meets structure of crystals, metals, semiconductors and isolators and with their defects. He goes through systematic education in microscopic models of electron and oscillation structure. Special courses are about size semiconductor and supraconductor materials. Graduate meets basic technologies of growing of crystals. Courses of analytical methods are about RTG structure analysis, meter of electric properties, optical spectroscopy and elipsometry in wide spectral branch from infrared ot ultraviolet area. This study field is possible to study only in Czech language.
