Polar ecology course 2015 is starting in July and will take place in the field research station in Petuniabukta - Svalbard. This will be two months of field work in the pristine Arctic environment for both Czech and Norse students all together.
This is followed by the winter field course in March/April 2016, where the specific features of the Arctic winter environment will be studied.
Organisation of the course in 2015 is related to our previous experience with organising such courses already since 2011. From these days more than 100 students participated from which a large number of high quality individual studnet projects has resulted. Also some Master and PhD theses are related to these courses.
