Chenopodietum ficifolii Hejný in Hejný et al. 1979

Chenopodietum ficifolii

This vegetation, dominated by Chenopodium ficifolium, grows on the edges of dung hills, around silage pits and on organic soils of waste sites. Soils are wet and rich in ammonium. It occurs mainly in warm agricultural areas, but more recently it has also spread to cooler areas.

Diagnostic species: Atriplex sagittata, Chenopodium ficifolium

Constant species: Chenopodium album agg., C. ficifolium, Tripleurospermum inodorum

Dominant species: Chenopodium album agg., C. ficifolium, Trifolium repens

Formal definition: Chenopodium ficifolium cover > 25 % NOT Chenopodium glaucum cover 25 % NOT Chenopodium rubrum cover > 25 %
