    Yeast extract                  5 g 
    Peptone                        5 g 
    Tryptone                      20 g 
    Tween 80                    0.05 g 
    Glucose                        5 g
    Distilled water              750 ml 
    Tomato juice 
       (see medium No.5)         250 ml 
    pH 5.5 
 
Disolve the solid ingredients in water and add the
 tomato juice.
