Potatoes 20 g
Carrot 20 g
Agar 20 g
Distilled water 1000 ml
Boil washed, peeled and grated potatoes and carrot
in water for 1 hr, then pass through a fine sieve
and add agar to the liquid. Boil until agar is
dissolved.
Autoclave at 121°C for 20 min.
