Diced potatoes 200 g
Dextrose 15 g
Agar 20 g
Distilled water 1000 ml
Boil potatoes for 1 hr and pass the mixture
through a fine sieve, add agar and boil until
dissolved, add dextrose and stir.
Autoclave at 121°C for 20 min.
