Medium 21: CARROT AGAR

    Whole carrot                  200 g
    Agar                           20 g
    Distilled water              1000 ml
 
Lightly cook carrot until tender in 500 ml 
distilled water, macerate, and autoclave at 121°C 
for 30 min. Add 500 ml distilled water and 20 g 
agar and dissolve.
Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
