Medium 22: BEAN AGAR

    Dry white beans               250 g
    Agar                           20 g
    Distilled water              1000 ml

Soak beans overnight. Autoclave 20 min. at 121°C. 
Filter broth through cotton. Make up liquor to 1 
litre and add 20 g agar.
Autoclave 20 min. at 121°C.
