Malt agar with 20% saccharose

   Malt extract
Dilute brewery malt with water to 10% sugar 
solution   (level 10 on Brix saccharose meter), 15
 min. at 121°C.
   Saccharose       200 g
   Distilled water  0.6 l
   Agar              15 g
pH 7 with KOH
Sterilization conditions: 15 minutes at 121°C
