The main focus of the Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory is the cultivation of plant cell, tissue, and organ cultures under in vitro conditions and the use of these cultures in the study of various research topics, such as the effects of pollutants on plant growth, development, and other physiological processes. The laboratory also provides teaching and training in the field of in vitro plant cultures for both undergraduate and graduate students.
