MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship: upcoming 2025 call
The Project Support Office announces the upcoming call for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships: a prestigious opportunity for excellent postdoctoral researchers to enhance their scientific careers and develop professionally with the support of a generous grant. Furthermore, this year's candidates can benefit from alternative financial schemes: the ERA-Fellowship for Widening countries and - probably for the final time - the national OP JAK. Both increase the chances of getting funded!
The call shall officially be opened by the EU on 9th April 2025. It is, nonetheless recommend to start the communication and supervised preparation with the candidates as early as possible - we hereby kindly ask the prospective candidates and their mentors to contact us for additional information and to receive our MSCA package.
The deadline for the submission of the proposals via Funding & Tenders Portal shall be 10th September 2025 at 5 PM.
There will be webinars and online workshops for the candidates and supervisors during spring 2025, the specific dates TBA.
A new MSCA website is also in preparation and will be published shortly.

RNDr. Vendula Hlaváčková Pospíchalová, Ph.D. (Department of Experimental Biology) received the AZV project entitled „Multimodal non-invasive biomarkers for early diagnosis of limbic-predominant neurodegenerative diseases“.
prof. Mgr. Vítězslav Bryja, Ph.D. (Department of Experimental Biology) received two AZV projects entitled „Casein kinase 1 alpha (CK1α) inhibition as a novel therapeutic approach for AML“ and „Cell micro-confining system to unveil the role of mechanosensing in chronic lymphocytic leukemia“.
Mgr. Jarmila Navrátilová, Ph.D. (Department of Experimental Biology) received the AZV project entitled „Proteomic Portrait of Glioblastoma: a way to Stratified Therapy“.
doc. Mgr. Pavel Bouchal, Ph.D. (Department of Biochemistry) received the AZV project entitled „Integration of multi-omics and bioinformatics tools for renal cell carcinoma recurrence risk prediction and adjuvant cancer treatment personalization“.
