The project arise from necessity that present biological studies - dealing with unfavourable influence of human beings for environment – they can not manage without detailed knowledge of the period, when present day ecosystem was originating and was gradually transforming by man. These studies expect mutual interdisciplinary co-operation. It is time period from 26 000 to 7 500 B.P. Present day ecosystem developed in the course of transition from Last glacial to Holocene. The main questions of our project are why, by which manner changed the ecosystem and which meaning have this change for understanding of new Holocene ecosystem in the area of Moravia and Slovak republic. This study has considerable implication: we can apply discovered processes to older transitions of Pleistocene glacials to interglacials too. But it has also great meaning for understanding of the youngest history of the Earth, changes of environment and paleoclimate, migrations of flora and fauna, development of human cultures and for prediction of future trends.
