back - prominence of the scapulas

The prominence of the scapulas is evaluated from the dorsal view of the lower back of the torso. The degree of trait development is determined on the basis of the scapula bone prominence above the surrounding tissue. Three developmental degrees are used in case of the prominence of the scapulas: 1. protruding scapulas, 2. moderately visible scapulas, 3. invisible scapulas.
