Have you bought French version of Warp (preloaded on your computer, for instance) and you want to replace it by the US or whatever other language version? Then you may try to contact Mrs. C. In 1995, I needed this change as well and it has taken me (and IBM hotline and IBM Center in Grenoble and the computer vendor...) five weeks (!) to contact the right person, c'etait merdieuse...
