Don’t miss the CzeSEV Annual Meeting 2025
We would like to invite you to the CzeSEV Annual Meeting 2025, taking place on 11 November 2025 at BIOCEV in Vestec near Prague.

We are honored to welcome Prof. Neta Regev-Rudzki from the Weizmann Institute of Science (Israel). Her work focuses on the mechanisms of cell-cell communication in malaria.
You won’t want to miss her talk!

Dr. Olga Šebestová Janoušková (CENAB, Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem) and her team will present a live demonstration on the isolation of EVs using Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) (Sartorius). In addition, there will be a presentation of the NanoAnalyzer(NanoFCM).

At the end of April 2025, the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles held its largest annual meeting to date. ISEV2025 welcomed more than 1,800 participants from across the globe, uniting researchers, clinicians, and innovators to share and explore the latest breakthroughs in EV science.

New Czech Representative in SNEV
Vojtěch Šprincl is now representing the Czech EV research community within the Student Network on Extracellular Vesicles (SNEV).
Vojtěch’s research journey began with investigating the regenerative effects of neural precursor-derived EVs on spinal cord injury during his Master’s studies. Now, as a PhD student, his focus has shifted to exploring the regenerative potential of various stem cell-derived EVs, especially their role in preserving blood-brain barrier integrity after ischemic brain injury.

CzeSEV Student Stipends for MOVE 2025 in Tartu

We are pleased to share the launch of a new project under the Alliance4Life_BRIDGE initiative: “Validation of Identified MASLD-Specific EV Surface Proteins by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM).” The project, led by Zuzana Vince Kážmérová in collaboration with Jan Přibyl (CF Nanobio, CEITEC MU), will utilize Atomic Force Microscopy to analyze membrane proteins present on EVs.
