Global Staff Mobility

The Global Staff Mobility programme aims to expand staff mobility opportunities outside of the current grant programmes (e.g., Erasmus+). Both academic and non-academic staff of MU can participate in this programme and spend up to 14 days at a foreign university (non-academic institutions are not supported) in any destination.

Academic and non-academic staff working full-time or part-time (excluding staff with DPČ or DPP - a short-term employment contract) are eligible to take part in this programme. Research placements and conferences are not supported within this programme. The programme supports mainly teaching placements, training placements, job-shadowing, workshops, cooperation establishment, sharing of experiences and other activities of similar nature.

The current deadline for applications was extraordinarily extended to May 31, 2021.

České hlavičky awards 2021

Aimed primarily at high school students, the České hlavičky (Young Czech Minds) project is a comprehensive programme aimed at supporting gifted students in technical and scientific fields by developing a wider interest in these fields, increasing young people’s interest in studying these fields at high schools and universities and in developing scientific careers. České hlavičky also forms part of the EXCELENCE program announced by the Ministry of Education. This program is designed to support schools and educators who care for talented and gifted students and create quality conditions for their further development.

The deadline for applications is July 17, 2020. Individuals or author teams in a maximum composition of three may apply directly by themselves. Other individuals, schools and other organizations may nominate someone else's work.
