Very heavy set of ½" fruits on large, sprawling vines; excellent flavor; fruits tend to remain on stems when ripe (ulike most other wild tomatoes); excellent sweet flavor, wonderful in salads; grows wild in south Texas.

Tonnelet

Turkey Chomp

2½-3" red seedy fruits on 3½" vines with yellowish leaves; fruit changes from green-white to yellow to amber to red; differs from Lutescent in its larger fruits and yellow flowers.

Violette's Polish

'And so it begins...' (to quote our favorite Vorlon, Ambassador Kosh); 4" smooth deep purple-pink globes with green shoulders on potato leaf plant; excellent flavor; meaty. Named for the enigmatic alien race of the T.V. program Babylon 5.
