file - older versions
Archive of older versions of the JUICE.EXE file (save into proper
JUICE directory).
Version 6.3.127 (5 May 2006) -
special test of fidelities
Version 6.4.9 (15 Sep 2006) - new
design
Beta version 6.4.17 (12 Oct 2006) -
Maximum dataset size 1.000.000 relevés
Beta version 6.4.33 (22 Nov 2006)- PCA,
DCA, NMDS anal. in R; Cluster analysis (PC-ORD 4 & 5)
Version 6.4.43 (15 Dec 2006) - New,
faster access to PC-ORD 5 cluster analyses, higher program
stability controlled by VB WATCH 2 program.
Version 6.4.60 (4 Jul 2007) - Modified
species response curves, new function for copying of short headers
to header data, OPTIMCLASS function - optimisation of cluster No.
and type of classification, calculation of distance measures
between selected releves, definition of decimal digits in synoptic
table, correction of spreatsheet format file import and similarity
indices, unlimited TWINSPAN version (thanks to Stephan
Hennekens :-).
Version 6.4.64 (6 Sep 2007) - Great news
for SYN-TAX users: cluster analyses using SYN-TAX 2000, slightly
modified 'Weighted TWINSPAN classification' function.
Version 6.5.13 (20 Nov 2007) - The
support of national species names or commentaries (Chinese,
Japanese, Russian etc.). The simple manual, how to use it, is
here.
Version 6.5.31 (26 Mar 2008) - faster
and more stable JUICE - SYN-TAX connection, first CANOCO
automation (DCA, CA, PCA).
Version 6.5.41 (25 Sep 2008) - new
DMAP and Google Earth export of selected
relevés.
The
logic of geographical coordination system has
changed! Header data should contain field 'DEG_LAT' and
'DEG_LON' fields with coordinate definition in degrees (example:
48.5645 16.8192) for the proper function of functions using
coordinates. The program is useful for the mapping and other
analysies in any area of the World and accepts values from -180 to
180 degrees for longitude and 90 to -90 degrees for
latitude.
Remark:
Older JUICE files needn't be modified! The program will create
automatically new header data fields DEG_LAT and DEG_LON
if the curently opened file contains LATITUDE and LONGITUDE fields
in older format "DDMMSS.S" .
