Feedback from a workshop for women in science shows that, alongside tools, space for reflection, sharing, and practical support plays a key role.
We are proud to announce that the MU Faculty of Science has been awarded the EU certification of HR excellence - HR Award.
The granting of the HR Award in practice means that the Commission has agreed with the carefully prepared action plan of the faculty, which will be the basis of the new human resources management strategy for the faculty. In the next five years, the faculty will be implementing this plan to achieve its goal – to create an open work environment that promotes the free movement of scientists and utilizes modern methods of people management processes and HR practices.
