• Internal deadline for budget review (entered in the SISTA application): October 1, 2025.
• After reviewing and approving the budget, it is necessary to enter the draft proposal into the ISEP documents and initiate electronic approval of the accompanying document no later than October 8, 2025.
• When planning personnel costs, follow the Methodological Sheet for Planning Personnel Costs.
• By September 24, 2025, send HR manager Eva Žufanová a list of the research team members you plan to include in the project proposal. You will be sent a range of salaries that you can plan for individual employees.
In order to avoid unnecessary delays in granting access to SISTA to researchers and administrators (especially for proposals where MU is a partner), it is necessary to create a project proposal in ISEP as soon as possible, stating the number assigned by SISTA.
