Workshop for international employees of Faculty of Science MU
The interactive and practically focused „Leadership basics“ workshop helps leaders and specialists to acquire four key leadership skills which can be used in team communication, project management or chairing meetings. Participants will have the opportunity to try out individual skills in solving model situations from real practice.
