The workshop is held in Czech language only.

The workshop will be opened by the Vice-Rector for Research and Doctoral Studies of Masaryk University, Prof. Šárka Pospíšilová. Then, Open Science MU Manager Jiří Marek will present the evaluation of the implementation of the OS MU Strategy 2022-2028 according to indicators. Professor Luděk Matyska will present the Implementation of the EOSC Initiative in the Czech Republic. Jan Širůček will discuss research data and scientific integrity in the humanities and social sciences. The morning session will conclude with a presentation by Lucie Tomaňová on Data in the current context of academic librarianship and available artificial intelligence. The afternoon session is organized by the Institute of Computer Science and the Faculty of Medicine of MU and the central theme of the whole session will be the issue of data as a support for decision-making. This session will feature a number of representatives from economic centres across MU who will share their practical experience of working with data, both research and operational and economic.

The topic of Open Science is also part of the new personnel strategy of the Faculty of Science MU, HR Award/HRS4R.
