Prof. Mgr. Tomáš Kašparovský, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University, and Chairman of the Council of Higher Education Institutions, cordially invites you to attend a seminar entitled: Preparing Future Teachers of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

This seminar is focused on the training of future teachers of natural sciences and mathematics at our faculty. Speakers will include representatives of Masaryk University (MUNI), Brno University of Technology (BUT), and the Vídeňská Gymnasium:

Prof. Mgr. Tomáš Kašparovský, Ph.D.: The direction of teacher training programs at MUNI

Prof. RNDr. Jiří Zlatuška, CSc. (FI MUNI): Teaching mathematics and the transferability of successful methods from other countries

doc. RNDr. Michal Novák, Ph.D. (FEKT VUT): The first year of study at VUT from the perspective of mathematics teachers

Mgr. Petr Liška, Ph.D.: Preparing for the teaching profession from the perspective of students (survey results)

Mgr. David Andrle (GVID Brno): Beginning teachers at secondary schools from the perspective of school principals

doc. PhDr. Jiří Dan, CSc.: Psychological aspects of education in natural sciences and mathematics
