Human resources and in sense of the Lisbon strategy a very backbone of reserach,development and innovations and in its outcome they stand as a basic source for the competitiveness of country as well as particular region.That is why it is so important to provied quality basis for the experts' training in the innovation entrepreneurship area on whole scale of the education process,from basic education to post graduate students.Education has to be harmonized with economic and legislature chenges within industry,public services and empolyement market.There has to be continual improvement in cooperation between educational institutions and consumer sector and not at last also there has to be ensured information exchange between cooperating subjects.Organizations from all part of national economy should have an opportunity to set specific thematical issues to the universities' programs especially through cooperation on the students praxis and internships and through leading and disputation of final thesis (bachelors,masters and dissertation).University students will be thus enabled to try practical application of obtanied knowledge even during studies and thus smoother transition of students to praxis.Universities will recieve new imputs for the study programs' structure according to the needs of market and thus they could activelly step to the process of the regional competitiveness improvement.
