The project is focused on gender stereotypes in perception of occupations in lower secondary school pupils. The essence of the project is investigation building on a previous project of textbook research of gender. The aim is to explore gender aspects of perception of occupations, i.e. whether and how occupations are associated with femininity or masculinity and how the attitudes of pupils to these occupations influence their professional expectations and plans. The theoretical part and methodology will be elaborated and preliminary research will be conducted. Results will be presented at a conference.
