Projekt je zaměřen vývoj nových možností detekce a identifikace B-agens a toxinů pomocí moderních instrumentálních metod. Výstupem budou metodiky na rychlou analýzu patogenů a toxinů s využitím elektromigračních a MALDI-TOF metod, dále i miniaturizované přenosné zařízení na principu kapilární kapalinové chromatografie pro rychlou analýzu toxinů a metodiky na inaktivace patogenů za účelem bezpečné manipulace při následných analýzách.
