Development of novel universal markers applicable with third-generation sequencing for obtaining taxonomically informative sequence data from the spiders (NUMS)

The project will be focused on the development of a simple, low-cost, and flexible protocol for obtaining taxonomically informative sequence data from spiders using a straightforward PCR-based approach and the Nanopore sequencing technology.
