The association Transfera.cz has launched the 2nd national call for late stage proof of concept research projects aiming at further development towards application.
The call follows up the existing strong need for professional assessment of projects and technologies in early stages of development.
A comprehensive evaluation will be provided by TRANSFERA.cz, CzechInvest, Neuron, TA ČR, vedavyzkum.cz, and other experts.
The selected projects will be invited to participate in Transfera Technology Day 2021 competition and pitch in front of the expert evaluation panel.
The call is intended for all those who are really eager to develop their research projects from any area of expertise and get the valuable feedback of expert mentors.
In addition, the participation of projects submitted repeatedly must be supported by a description of a significant progress.
Call open for submission: 31. 5. - 7. 7. 2021

The Czech national team achieved an extraordinary triumph at the International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO 2025), a prestigious competition for high school students from around the world. The event, held in Jining, China, from August 7 to 17, 2025, tested both theoretical knowledge and practical skills across disciplines such as geology, hydrology, climatology, astronomy, and environmental science. In addition, the competition evaluated research capabilities and teamwork.
