Bachelor's and Long-cycle Master's Studies

Degree Studies in Czech - Admission Requirements & Deadlines

Bachelor's studies (Bc., equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; typically three years), and Long-cycle Master's studies in Psychology (Mgr., equivalent to a Master's degree; typically five years):

Studies are free of charge for those international students who are admitted under the same conditions as Czech students. The language of tuition is Czech.

Applicants from outside the European Union do not pay application fees.

The entrance examination consists of:

  • a learning potential test;
  • a test in the field of study the candidate is applying for (in selected fields of study; enquire at admission@phil(dot)muni(dot)cz for the list).


At enrolment, proof of official recognition of the secondary school leaving certificate by the relevant Czech authorities must be presented (see detailed information).
