Fragile Freedom: A Commemoration of the Velvet Revolution at MU

This year's anniversary of the Velvet Revolution will be commemorated by Masaryk University on 16 November from 4 pm at the University Cinema Scala, where a cultural programme entitled Fragile Freedom will be held, dedicated not only to the events of 1989, but also to current events in Europe and the world.

The aim of the seminar is not to present some hidden, "true" interpretation of the war conflict, but to create a space for discussing the facts that reach us through the news or people fleeting those places, in the geographical context above the map.
