Suburban camp for children MUNIsportík
Fun, sports and movement week for children aged 6 - 13 years is focused on the development of movement versatility and the basics of selected sports disciplines (non-traditional and experiential movement games, street dance and aerobics, basic gymnastics, athletics, in-line skating, children's yoga, tennis, bouldering, etc.). The children will be cared for by lecturers with many years of pedagogical and sports experience - FSpS employees and PhD students.

SCHEDULE
8:00 - 8:30 meeting of participants
8:30 - 12:30 sports and exercise program / snack
12:30 - 13:00 picking up participants
MONDAY – Preventive and health physical activities (psychomotor games, balance exercises, yoga for children, children's aerobics)

TUESDAY - Athletic and functional training, outdoor fitness
lecturers: A. Pokorná, J. Konečný, M. Šipl
WEDNESDAY - Basics of climbing on an artificial wall (climbing preparatory games, balance and coordination exercises, workout playground)
lecturers: K. Kolářová, J. Škoda, A. Pokorná
THURSDAY - Non-traditional games, basics of tennis, badminton, racket and batting sports
lecturers: Z. Svobodová, P. Vacenovský, P. Mudra, A. Pokorná
FRIDAY - Basics of ball games (basketball, volleyball, handball) and street dance
lecturers: H. Vrtělová, S. Malá, P. Kapoun
