Hlavními cíli projektu jsou vývoj metod přípravy vzorku umožňujících dokonalejší detekci histonových modifikací s využitím LC-MS/MS, včetně obtížných matricí jako je rostlinný materiál a vývoj postupů umožňujících paralelní detekci více typů histonových modifikací.
