  • Focused on applications of biophysical methods in analysis of biomolecular interactions, molecular mechanism of protein complexes taking part in modulation of telomerase activity and DNA transcription, inhibition of telomerase activity in cancer cells, molecular principles of action of clinically used and novel anticancer drugs, studies of protein-DNA, protein-RNA, and protein-protein interactions by microcalorimetry, fluorescence spectroscopy, and surface plasmon resonance. Continuously accumulating expertise in modern biophysical techniques applicable for basic research oriented towards biomedical applications.
