Doctoral Study Income
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO STUDENT'S EMPLOYMENT FOR THOSE RECEIVING A DOCTORAL SCHOLARSHIP UNDER THE AMENDED HIGHER EDUCATION ACT
(adjustments to a student’s employment, including workload, salary, contract duration, and other related matters.)
Any changes to the terms under which the scholarship was granted must be communicated immediately.
Submission of changes to employment status in the Information System (IS) External Employment Change Notification Form
Notice for students who wish to apply for a scholarship for the upcoming academic year.
Applications for scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic year can only be submitted starting from 1 September 2026.
Earlier submission is not possible.
Starting with the academic year 2025/2026, students in full-time doctoral study are guaranteed a doctoral study income amounting to 1.2 times the minimum wage, in accordance with the Amendment to the Higher Education Act. This income consists of a combination of the doctoral scholarship and/or salary for creative research activity related to the dissertation.
